Job Description

Job Summary:

Design Head Valve

Key Responsibilities:

Head the design and development of
industrial valves
(Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Check, Control Valves, etc.)
Define design strategy, product roadmap, and standardization initiatives
Ensure compliance with international standards such as
API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, BS, DIN, PED
Review and approve design calculations, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
Lead
DFMEA, design validation, pressure testing, and qualification activities
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams for NPD and execution support
Drive value engineering, cost reduction, and material optimization
Support technical discussions with customers, consultants, and third-party inspectors
Mentor and develop the design engineering team
Implement design best practices, CAD/PLM systems, and design automation
Support audits, certifications, and customer technical approvals
