Job Title AGM/DGM Engineering & Design

Reporting to Sr. G.M Engineering & Design
Location of Posting Aerospace Park - Bangalore

Qualification & Experience BE / Postgraduate in Tool design or Post Diploma in Tool Design

15 20 Years experience in Progressive Tool Design and Product development

Job Description
Lead Engineering & Design Department with a team comprising of Design and Project managers handling RFQs, Tool & Process Development , Proto parts Development and Testing
Ensure RFQs and Product Development are delivered as per customer requirement
Explore innovative Tool design concepts to maximize Yield with optimum process design to attract the new business.
Pro actively pursue and develop new technologies which are relevant to business to stay ahead of competition
Develop Design Automation for improving the lead time of RFQ ,Tool Design and Product development.

Functional Technical Skills

Thorough Knowledge on Press and its operations, Tool Design , Tooling Materials , Tool Manufacturing and program management
Knowledge on Electro Plating , Welding , Machining and Heat Treatment essential
Knowledge on Carbide tooling and High speed stamping is preferred.
Exposure to 3D modelling and analysis would be added advantage

Functional Behavioral Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Interpersonal skills and Maintain cordial relationship with all stake holders in the company
