Job Profile:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Executive. You will support the Creative Director in delivering high-quality design work for one of the UK’s leading sightseeing and tour operators.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects — from website designs and digital marketing materials to brochures, leaflets, and other print assets. You’ll play an important part in maintaining the visual identity and producing visually engaging, on-brand designs for an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Creative Director to produce creative assets for digital and print marketing activities.

Design website visuals, banners, landing pages, email templates, and social media graphics.

Create print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, leaflets, and other promotional materials.

Adapt existing designs to different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaborate with the London marketing and digital teams to deliver design assets that meet campaign objectives and deadlines.

Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high visual standard.

Manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality designs under tight timelines.

Stay updated on current design trends, software tools, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in graphic or digital design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design skills.

Proficiency in Creative Suites.

A good understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

Basic knowledge of responsive design principles for web and digital media.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Preferred experience of working with or for a UK/English brand.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and take creative direction.
