Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create intuitive user flows to ensure solutions are easy to use.
Design data visualizations that facilitate business decision-making.
Develop detailed interaction designs, screen flows, and prototypes to articulate solutions clearly.
Conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions.
Create compelling visual designs that align with company product brand standards.
Collaborate as part of an agile team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
Track user experience metrics and report on the success of UX improvements through analytics.
Produce design documentation and create expected deliverables such as visual guides, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
Monitor top design trends and UI best practices to enhance product UI.
Collaborate with other designers to solve design challenges and ensure consistency across digital channels.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma for UI design.
Experience with Sketchup and other 3D visualization tools.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with ReactJS for component-based UI development.
Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira.
Knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and prototyping methods.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, visual design, and communication skills.
