Job Purpose:

To lead the hydraulic system design for heavy industrial machinery, particularly hydraulic presses, ensuring system performance, reliability, and integration with overall machine design.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
; Masters in Design preferred
1012 years
in hydraulic design
Age:
3540 years
Exposure to
MOOG, Rexroth, Parker, Atos
systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Design hydraulic circuits with
servo valves
,
regenerative systems
, and
high-flow/high-pressure
configurations for heavy presses
Perform
first-principle calculations
for motor power, pump selection, cylinder sizing, flow, and force
Create
circuit drawings
,
BOMs
, and
3D models
of power packs using
SolidWorks
Design
hydraulic manifolds
and coordinate with power pack suppliers and procurement
Collaborate with
mechanical
and
control systems teams
Oversee
hydraulic routing
and coordinate with routing suppliers
Support
assembly trials
at both plant and customer site
