Job Description

Understanding of ECN/ECO activities and the workflow involved in completion. Good experience in Solidworks, AutoCAD, Solidworks PDM. Creation of BOM in Dataworks/Oracle.
3D modeling/drafting of piping systems and welded brazed assemblies. Familiar with piping, pipe fittings, flanges, pipe schedules. Familiar with tube, tube fittings, structural materials
Part design knowledge Casting, machined, plastic, gaskets. Knowledge of GDT
Work with big assembly models, product change management, VAVE.
Familiar with material types and characteristics especially carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Must have skills:

3D modelling and drafting using Solidworks and product documentation in PLM/Vault
Knowledge of ESR/ECN/ECO activities, GDT
Exposure to manufacturing processes, preferably Welding, Brazing, Casting, Conventional Machining.
Statistical tolerance analysis, design documentation.
