Location- Thane

Design and develop
Low Voltage Transformers
and
Potential Transformers (PTs)
.
Prepare detailed
designs, drawings, BOMs
, and perform
electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical calculations
.
Ensure compliance with
IEC / IS / IEEE standards
.
Coordinate with production for
prototype development and validation testing
.
Conduct
root cause analysis
and implement design improvements.
Prepare
design reports and test documentation
; maintain design data and revisions.
Work closely with Quality, Purchase, and Manufacturing teams for smooth execution.

Key Skills:

Transformer Design, LV Transformer, PT Design, AutoCAD, EPLAN, SolidWorks, Ansys, FEA, Electrical Design, IEC Standards, IS Standards, Testing, BOM Preparation

Qualification & Experience:

Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Electrical Engineering
Experience:
5 to 10 years in Transformer / PT Design and Development
