Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Auto CAD software and other design tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience in product costing and BOQ preparation.
Good Presentation and Grooming skills.
Must have experience in end customer interaction with the company.
Industrial marketing exposure for minimum 3 years.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Design and develop products that meet client specifications and market demands with detailed design drawings, specifications, and models.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for products.
Analyse and optimize product costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with clients and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to clarify product requirements and specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance during the product development lifecycle.
Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing to validate product designs.
Work closely with vendors to source raw materials and components required for product development and production.
