Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role located in Satara. The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating and analyzing mechanical and product designs, using computer-aided design (CAD) tools to develop precision solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving existing designs, and ensuring project objectives are met within specific timelines and quality standards. The role also involves providing technical insights and contributing to the innovation of products across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Engineering and Product Design, focusing on precision tools and industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Basic to advanced understanding of Mechanical Engineering related to product development
• Proven capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and adhere to deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize design performance and resolve technical challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
