2. Input data study & understanding customers requirement3. Preparation of 3D model sub- assly wise4. Arranging Design review meeting , without design review no further work5. Data Management & customer data library DAP preparation BOM preparation, Hardware listPneumatic / Hydraulic Circuit preparation Operation sequence preparation 2D drawing preparation for manufacturing & release in proper format.6. Why why analysis for mistakes in projects7. 2D drawing preparation for assembly & release in proper format8. Design calculation documentation & project wise storage9. As an when required customer plant visit Involvement & problem solving till dispatch.10. Work to be done as per ISO documentation on day to day basis.11. Machine manual Preparation Along with SDH.12. Cost reduction for bought out & Manufacturing parts By using economy modelNo rework /minimising it
