Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Design Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all stages of the design process, from concept through to execution, and will work closely with Sales, Production, and Marketing teams to deliver solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance product designs that align with the strategic goals of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, and Marketing to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
• Conduct testing and validation of product prototypes to ensure compliance with functional and regulatory standards.
• Engage in material selection and recommend manufacturing methods based on design objectives and cost-efficiency.
• Document design processes and results, maintaining clear and accurate records for project continuity.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates and feedback on project status and development hurdles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a design and development role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
