Design Coordinator

You will be joining a bespoke lighting brand that is recognized for its craftsmanship and design innovation. Our products are distinguished by their material richness, thoughtful detailing, and custom capabilities. As a versatile and design-oriented individual, you will play a key role in both product development and marketing design. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the production and marketing teams to actualize our lighting concepts from CAD to catalog. Your tasks will include creating precise CAD drawings for new and existing lighting designs, ensuring the seamless transfer of design files to production with the required technical specifications, designing brochures, social media creatives, and presentation decks, as well as producing monthly product catalogs for internal and customer distribution. You will be expected to brainstorm new lighting designs considering material feasibility and trend insights, work with the founder and workshop team to enhance prototypes, craft engaging email newsletters in line with the brand's tone, conduct quality checks on finished products to verify compliance with design specifications, and proactively identify and address workshop discrepancies. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with a day shift schedule. The work location is on-site, and the expected start date for this role is 17/06/2025.,
