Job Description

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and project goals. Provide design consultancy for layout planning, space optimization, material selection, and aesthetics. Create and present mood boards, sketches, and 3D concepts as required. Offer expert advice on trends, finishes, furnishings, and lighting solutions. Make site visits once or twice a week for meetings, walkthroughs, and design reviews. Ensure designs meet functionality, budget, and timeline expectations. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations. 3+ years of experience in interior design or a related field. Proven portfolio of commercial or office space design projects. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently. Availability to visit the office/site in Bangalore 1-2 times per week.
