Design Co-ordinator

Job description

• Conducting Market Survey and collating data on Product Sizes, Features, Amenities, Project USPs
• Coordination with liasioning team for preparation submission of drawing for NA approval
• Taking inputs from Marketing Team
• Preparing Design Brief and presenting it for approval
• Shortlisting Architects/Consultants required in project
• Coordination with Architect for development of Concept drawing as per approved brief
• Ensure design is as per applicable statutory norms
• Taking Approval from MD
• Value engineering in coordination with planning project team to optimize cost as per approved Budget
• Coordination with Team for Marketing Collaterals
• Coordination for Tender drawings, BOQ, specs
• Maintaining record on changes made in design

Construction

• Coordination with architect/consultants site team for releasing GFC drawings as per project schedule
• Visit site periodically basis and generate report on observation
• Invite consultants on site as per site requirement
• Maintaining record on changes made in design

Post-Construction

• Obtain GFC drawings post-construction
• Archive all drawings (Concept, Marketing, Tender, GFC As built-drawings) in hard soft copy
• Archive all drawing approval documents
• Archive Design Change Tracker
• Share Lessons Learnt from project and prepare Case Study

Expected Educational Background:

• First Division in SSC and HSC
• B. Arch. from reputed college
