Qualification - M Arch Preferred / B. Arch

Job description & expectations -

. The candidate must have 4-7 years experience of Architectural Design of Residential, Commercial & Hospital Buildings.

. He / She should have knowledge of latest NBC, Statutory regulations and design Codes related to Architectural design & space planning.

. Preparation of Concept design options & Finalization of the same with client.

. Will be responsible for preparation of detailed / GFC architectural drawings.

. Preparation of Architectural BOQs, Area calculations and specifications.

. Good knowledge of BIM & AutoCAD

. Conversant with interdisciplinary & site coordination

. Should have good practical knowledge of site construction activity especially Finishes.

. The candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills.

. The candidate should have innovative & positive mindset.
