Design and Production Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Design & Production Coordinator with approximately 3 years of experience to join the dynamic team in Delhi . This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow their career in a collaborative, fast-paced design environment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow of interior design projects—from design development through execution. You'll collaborate closely with designers, vendors, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Act as the central point of coordination across Clients, Studio Directors, Principal Designers, Design and Production teams. Create, review and interpret working drawings for modular kitchen and wardrobe designs; ensure clarity and accuracy for production. Ensure project alignment between various departments – design, quotation, production, and installation. Assist in addressing technical queries and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and design standards. Maintain clear and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar coordination or project management role. Strong understanding of design-to-execution workflow in interior design. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
