Job Description You will be joining Solar Technocast Pvt. Ltd. as a full-time Design and Development Engineer based in Rajkot. Your primary responsibility will be to create and analyze product designs, develop mechanical systems, conduct tests, and support research and development (R&D) activities. This role will require close collaboration with technical teams to optimize part manufacturability and ensure cost-effectiveness during the investment casting process. Key Responsibilities - Create and analyze product designs - Develop mechanical systems - Conduct tests to ensure product quality - Support research and development (R&D) activities - Collaborate with technical teams to optimize part manufacturability - Ensure cost-effectiveness during the investment casting process Qualifications - Proficiency in Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering - Experience in Product Design and Inspections - Research and Development (R&D) skills, including simulations and drawing feasibility for quote and die designing - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - 6-10 years experience in the casting industry is a plus,
