Derma MD - Job DescriptionPosition Overview: Sikara Clinic is seeking a full-time, board-certified Dermatologist to join our growing medical practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dermatological care for patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dermatological examinations, diagnose skin conditions, and develop effective treatment plans Provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services to patients of diverse backgrounds and ages Administer cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies (if qualified/interested) Interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results to inform treatment decisions Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records Participate in regular team meetings and quality improvement initiatives Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatological practices and treatments Contribute to a positive clinic culture that prioritizes patient satisfaction and clinical excellence Potential opportunities to participate in clinical research (optional) Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Certification: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program Board certification in Dermatology (or board-eligible with plan to obtain certification) Current state medical license or ability to obtain one Current DEA registration BLS/ACLS certification Experience: 0-5 years of clinical dermatology experience preferred (new graduates with exceptional qualifications will be considered) Experience with both medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures Skills & Attributes: Excellent diagnostic skills and clinical judgment Strong surgical skills for dermatological procedures Exceptional bedside manner and patient communication abilities Ability to explain complex medical information in an accessible way Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Adaptable to evolving healthcare technologies and practices Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuing education Bilingual abilities valuable but not required Schedule & Work Environment: Clean, modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment and technology Supportive administrative staff handling billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks Dedicated medical assistants to support clinical workflow Schedule is as per Company Norms and Policy.
