Business Technology role is expected to work with different stakeholders within the company to understand the companys business & System problems and develop lasting solutions.
The role holder is expected to oversee the business technology, testing and change management including other related activities, and ensure efficiency in the delivery of business solutions project.
The resource should be aligned to the delivery model using Agile development methodology leading the team comprising of Business Analyst/SME, Change Delivery resources and Testing resources to manage the release cycles.
The resource should have leadership quality that can provide strategic leadership and vision for the team, guiding them in implementing innovative solutions that enhance business sales, operations, competitiveness and customer experience.
The resource should be able to guide the team in developing and maintaining scalable and secure systems architecture to support the organization’s current and future needs.
The role holder is expected to suggest ideas and business strategies to achieve the company goals in terms of system developments and collaborate with project managers in preparing project initiation documents, including timelines, resource requirements and project risks.
