Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for preparing SOPs and conducting planned/random process audits across Big Basket warehouses to ensure operational compliance.
Set and monitor SCM process standards, KPIs, and performance dashboards for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with inter-department teams and DC Managers for reviews, manpower budgeting, and performance reporting.
Investigate major process deviations and develop efficiency improvement techniques.
Handle vendor liaison and support all SCM-related meetings and tasks assigned by management.
