Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving set targets for the financial year and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Your key role will involve conducting market research on competitor products, discount policies, etc., and coordinating with the Project Management Department to keep customers informed about their orders. Additionally, you will work closely with the territory's sales team to develop sales strategies, engage channel partners, maintain architect and client relationships, and present sales performance reports in routine meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving set targets for the financial year - Contributing to the development of marketing strategies - Conducting market research on competitor products and discount policies - Coordinating with the Project Management Department and keeping customers informed about their orders - Developing sales strategies with the territory's sales team - Engaging channel partners and their management - Helping team members in closing orders and achieving targets - Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by the pre-sales team - Answering client queries about product specifications and uses - Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings - Timely documentation and submission of sales reports, market matrix, etc. - Training own team members and delegating tasks to ensure successorship and individual growth - Adhering to organizational policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any Science (B.Tech./ B.Sc.) and MBA in Marketing - Experience level of 6 to 10 years in direct sales - Knowledge of modern marketing techniques - Previous experience in the building material industry, preferably fenestration - Consistent employment history in previous organizations Additional Details: The job type is full-time, permanent, with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule is a day shift with a yearly bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is required before starting work. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and plans, proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, marketing and sales software, analytical skills, and mathematical proficiency are essential skill sets for this role.
