Deputy Planning Manager

Job Purpose:

excavation to handover

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and monitor

  Master Project Schedules

  from project inception to handover.
• Prepare

  WBS, network diagrams, critical path analysis

  , and detailed construction schedules.
• Track planned vs actual progress and highlight

  delays/deviations proactively

  .
• Prepare look-ahead plans, recovery schedules, and milestone tracking reports.
  

Monitoring & Coordination

• Coordinate with

  execution, design, procurement, contractors, consultants, and PMC

  to avoid delays.
• Assist in defining construction methodology and incorporate client/consultant-driven changes.
• Ensure seamless integration of all project elements toward common project objectives.
  

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and present

  MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates

  to project leadership.
• Maintain accurate project data in

  Power BI, MS Project, Primavera, ASTA

  , or other systems.
• Drive site and zonal teams towards

  system-based data management

  , eliminating manual processes.

Process Adherence & Improvement

• Ensure compliance with

  company-defined processes, timelines, safety, and quality standards

  .
• Identify opportunities for

  process improvements

  to enhance efficiency, cost, and productivity.
• Support automation and data accuracy across planning and reporting functions.
  

Position Requirements:

• Education:

  B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

• 710 years of experience, primarily in

  Planning roles for residential projects

• Must have worked with a

  Real Estate Developer

• Project Exposure:

• Completed

  minimum 2 full project lifecycles

  (Excavation to Handover)

• High-Rise Experience:

• Mandatory experience in

  high-rise residential buildings

  , preferably

  45–50 storeys

• Tools:

• Proficiency in

  MS Project and/or Primavera

  (mandatory)

• Hiring Level:

  DM / Assistant Manager Level
