Deputy Manager/Manager

As a Deputy Manager/Manager in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at our company located in Greater Noida West, we are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to oversee both front-end and back-end CRM operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire customer journey, from onboarding to post-sale support. You will be required to address customer queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM systems. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless communication and generating and analyzing CRM reports to enhance customer experience will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 5-7 years of hands-on CRM experience in the real estate sector, with proficiency in both client communication and backend CRM workflows. Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential, along with familiarity with real estate CRM tools such as 4qt, MS Office, and Email Drafting. We are looking for a problem-solver who excels under pressure and is able to adapt to various challenges.
