The position reports to Head Legal and will be part of advising business stakeholders on the full gamut contracts, project financing, land due diligence and purchase, compliance & regulatory matters, and litigations. We have an opening for a senior and a junior resource and welcome all relevant applications. For senior position candidate must have proven ability of independently managing all aspects of commercial transactions with minimum guidance. Experience in managing a team\/reports will be a plus. Broad Scope (only indicative summary): Advise senior management, cross functions and business stakeholders on all legal, complianceand regulatory matters.
