Deputy Manager/Manager Finance

As a Cost Accountant at Siemens Energy, your day will involve monitoring product costing and conducting variance analysis, continuously controlling inventory, and monitoring Inventory Risk Provision. You will also oversee the physical verification of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance. Your impact will be significant as you maintain cost records and coordinate with statutory cost accountants for audits. You will deploy risk and internal controls in factory operations, collaborate with auditors and tax authorities, and implement digitalization initiatives for process improvement. Additionally, you will play an active role in factory initiatives such as EHS and CSR, contribute to monthly financial book closing, GL accounting, and Key Balance Sheet Account Reviews. To excel in this role, you should hold a CA/CMA qualification with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in large-scale manufacturing industries. Strong analytical and abstract thinking abilities, along with knowledge of SAP, will be essential for success.
