Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management

Manage end-to-end US payroll processing in coordination with Paychex/finance.
Validate payroll input, including new hires, exits, bonuses, overtime, statutory deductions, and benefit-related adjustments.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and year-end processes (W-2, W-4 updates, etc.).
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries in a timely manner.

2. Benefits Administration

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, disability, retirement plans (401k), and wellness initiatives.
Coordinate annual open enrollment process, employee communication, and vendor management.
Ensure accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in HRIS/payroll systems.
Support employees with benefits queries and guide them through eligibility, coverage, and claims.
Monitor benefits compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.

3.Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular reports on payroll, benefits utilization, and compliance metrics.
Support audits, internal reviews, and provide documentation as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in payroll and benefits.
