US HR Operations Specialist hyderabad 3 - 6 years INR 3.5 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Role & responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day HR operations , including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance activities. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process , leveraging digital onboarding tools for a seamless new-hire experience. Conduct I-9 validations and ensure strict compliance with immigration and employment eligibility regulations. Utilize the E-Verify system to confirm employment eligibility. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS, including entries for new hires, terminations, and status changes. Administer payroll using Paychex or ADP platforms. Manage basic accounting and payroll-related tasks , including time entry, invoice management, and reconciliation through QuickBooks . Oversee Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Purchase Order (PO) processes. Coordinate and track background verification (BG Check) processes as required. Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to address HR-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues. Stay current with HR laws, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure company adherence. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for HR-related services and audits. Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department as needed. Preferred candidate profile : Experience working with U.S.-based HR and payroll systems. Exposure to international or multi-region HR operations. Prior experience managing vendor relations and HR audits.
