Key Responsibilities: - Provide input and implement Trade Marketing strategy and programs aligned with the business strategy - Prepare, develop, and formulate processes related to Trade Marketing programs and policies - Research and evaluate Trade Marketing policies to enhance strategies" effectiveness - Translate current/future business needs into effective Trade Marketing plans for Galderma - Execute Trade Marketing plans to market organization brands to various distribution channels - Identify areas for improvement and implement programs and policies to better suit Galderma's needs - Coordinate key Trade Marketing activities to provide effective service to all levels of employees - Guide stakeholders on promotional program design and coordinate implementation with key distributors - Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization Qualifications Required: - Typically a highly experienced manager accountable for a specific area within a nominated job family - Responsible for short to mid-term execution of functional strategy and operational direction - Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis - Manage a department or unit including multiple experienced managers, professionals, and/or Team Leaders - Have budget accountability for the job family/area and manage elements of the budget - Communicate and influence senior business leaders outside of own job area - Develop strong relationships with senior business leaders across Galderma - Cooperate with external service providers and may lead negotiations Experience Level: - 10-12 years Education Level: - Master's / Bachelor's Degree / PhD in Specialist areas Join Galderma to be part of a team that values results, learning, teamwork, and collaboration.
