Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Identify, attract, and onboard high-quality candidates to meet evolving business needs.
  • Leverage social media platforms and other digital tools to strengthen talent attraction.
  • Work closely with HR Technology teams to drive digitization and adoption of TA processes.
  • Build a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.

Talent Pipeline

  • Ensure unique role JDs are well-defined and aligned with organizational needs
  • Young Talent Seeds - Support COE on GET/MT/DT/intern
  • Focus on Diversity Hiring
  • Internal Growth & Mobility- Promoting IJP& Internal Promotion Policy

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Engage and Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align hiring goals with business strategies.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and consultants.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and invoice management.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Track talent acquisition metrics to monitor and improve recruitment performance.
  • Optimize recruitment channels for cost efficiency and process effectiveness.
  • Execute best TA practices tailored to organizational needs.
  • Report & MIS- Hiring Dashboards flash timely ,MIS,TA budget preparation
  • Technology Adoption- Achieve 100% adoption of RCM modules

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely feedback throughout the hiring process. Giving WOW experience to a New Joinee.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships, fostering a talent community for future hiring needs.

  • External: Recruitment Agencies, Consultants

Experience:

  • Experience: 8-12 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • Education: Postgraduate / Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
  • RCM System Certification
