Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily plant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure process safety, risk assessment, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Monitor and report MIS, energy management (ENMS), and management systems (IMS, QMS, TQM, ERP).
Drive digitalisation, automation, and execution excellence initiatives.
Support team development, nurture talent, and foster collaboration.
Align operations with organizational goals.

Required Competencies:

Operations & Process Management: Process management, operation planning & coordination, bulk material handling.
Safety & Compliance: Risk assessment, safety management, statutory MIS reporting.
Management Systems: IMS, ENMS, 5S, QMS, TQM, ERP(PAP).
Process Improvement & Technology: Digitalisation, automation, and continuous process improvements.
Leadership & Business Acumen: Partnership, influence, and business strategy understanding.
