Deputy Manager

• Conduct infosec risk assessment to identify vulnerabilities on the infrastructure and assess potential risks.
• Develop, Implement and maintain security policies and procedures based on applicable standards
• Implement security architecture to ensure that security controls are adequately deployed within the organization.
• Develop and maintain an incident response plan to address security incidents (SOC) & reduce the potential damage.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations & standards related to information security (SEBI, Cert-IN, IRDA, RBI)
• Ensure all the infrastructure risk are highlighted & managed with the help of Vulnerability, assessment & penetration testing program
• Ensure Data loss prevention program across all the channels and in the organization is effective
• Collaborate with IT, other business units & vendors so as to reduce information security risk
• Procurement of necessary services or solution required for cyber security functions from time to time
• Co-ordinate with all the necessary teams (IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal etc) to ensure all the security controls are deployed at each business units wherever needed.
• Stay up-to date with all the information security concepts and framework required to deliver the job function
• Knowledge of data protection and standard like GDPR, DPDP law.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees about the information security best practices and potential security threats

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification

• Any Graduation with 8 12 years of experience
• Certifications: CISA/CEH/CISSP/CISM
