Deputy Manager SAP SD

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the availability, effectiveness, and adoption of SAP S4 Hana SD applications. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and effective user support aligned with SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, you will support projects and solution implementations in collaboration with the S4 Hana SD COE Lead, acting as the first point of contact between IT and business stakeholders for SD-related requirements. You will also partner with business teams and the COE Lead to identify, implement, and maintain process enablers through IT solutions, aligning IT functionalities with business needs to improve efficiency and user experience. Moreover, you will monitor emerging technologies, industry practices, and internal controls in the SAP SD domain, recommending and driving best practices across the organization. Conducting training programs and awareness sessions to enhance IT adoption among employees will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive availability, effectiveness, and adoption of SAP S4 Hana SD applications. - Ensure timely and effective user support aligned with SLAs and KPIs. - Support projects and solution implementations in collaboration with the S4 Hana SD COE Lead. - Act as the first point of contact between IT and business stakeholders for SD-related requirements. - Partner with business teams and COE Lead to identify, implement, and maintain process enablers through IT solutions. - Align IT functionalities with business needs to improve efficiency and user experience. - Monitor emerging technologies, industry practices, and internal controls in the SAP SD domain. - Recommend and drive best practices across the organization. - Conduct training programs and awareness sessions to enhance IT adoption among employees. Qualification Required: - Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Electronics) or any discipline. - Preferred: Certification in SAP SD / S4 Hana SD. - Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, SD Pricing Procedures, Credit Management, and GST processes is an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel to plant locations as required.,
