 Deputy Manager - SALPL - Growth 
 About The Role  
The Deputy Manager - SALPL - Growth will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and supporting strategic initiatives within the SALPL (Sales and Product Line) division. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, implement business development strategies, and optimize operational processes to achieve organizational objectives.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Support the development and execution of growth strategies for the SALPL division, focusing on revenue enhancement and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, proposals, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

  •  Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
