With 1,500+ tons/month capacity and R&D collaborations with IIT Delhi and HZDR Labs, Germany, we manufacture high-performance polymer (PP, PPCP, ABS etc.), PIR granules & additives for masterbatch manufacturers, compounders & moulders.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to drive our growth in PP, PPCP, ABS granules & additives across masterbatch manufacturers, compounders & moulders. The role involves acquiring and managing customers, shaping market strategy, and delivering revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and grow B2B customers across masterbatch manufacturers, compounders & moulders.

Sell PP, PPCP, ABS granules & additives (unfilled and filled grades, including reinforced & FR).

Managecustomer relationships; provide both technical and commercial support.

Drive revenue, pricing, and negotiations using strong market intelligence.

Collaborate with R&D and production to align offerings with customer requirements.

Deliver on sales targets and expand customer base with new account acquisitions.

Required Skills & Experience

4-8 years of experience in polymer sales (masterbatch manufacturers, compounders & moulders).

Strong knowledge of PP, PPCP, ABS applications in injection moulding and compounding.

Proven track record in technical and commercial sales.

Exposure to global customers is a strong plus.
