- Respond to customer queries/ complaints by coordinating with the regional sales teams, visiting customer, inspecting the defective pieces and working with the functions to identify the root cause and generate lead for Spares & overhauling business. Additionally, educate customer (SGL's or other brands) on SGLs service capabilities and share maintenance tips/methods etc... to build brand value for enhanced Business.
- Provide onsite service after determining the feasibility for onsite service based on inspection report, availability of components, complexity etc and accordingly inform marketing for the costing of the service.- Capable to Handle the Online/Offline Technical Seminars.- DSO - 55 days and able to increase sales revenue with adherence to order booking targetsWork closely with Production, RFQ Team for On time Delivery and Offer submission, Making Strategy to Increase the Service Business specific to Industry requirement
