Deputy Manager - Quantity Survey

As an Executive - QSE Engineer at Adani Realty, your role involves quantification, estimation, budgeting, and cost management of mechanical, electrical, and civil works in real estate construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure precise and efficient project execution within financial constraints. **Key Responsibilities:** - Study project drawings and prepare Quantity Take-off (QTO) for cost estimation at different stages of construction. - Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and MEPF services works based on design documents and project specifications. - Track project budgets and ensure costs align with the Approved Budget, providing variance analysis and corrective actions when necessary. - Perform quantity take-offs for civil and MEPF services works from construction drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on detailed evaluations. - Monitor project costs against Approved Budgets, participate in value engineering, and suggest corrective actions for budget overruns. - Collaborate with project stakeholders including project managers, engineers, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure execution within budget and design specifications. - Identify and evaluate cost-related risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and manage change orders and variations during construction. - Ensure quality control and compliance with BOQ and Technical Specifications requirements. - Regularly monitor costs, analyze cost reports, conduct variance analysis, and update stakeholders on financial status. - Maintain comprehensive records of quantities, costs, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications:** - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering. - Work Experience: 10-15 Years in quantity surveying, estimation, budgeting, and cost management within the construction industry. - Preferred Industry Experience: Strong understanding of project drawings, BOQs, tendering processes, and contract management. Proficiency in cost estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel for cost modeling and analysis.,
