Business: Piramal Pharma Solutions Department: Supply Chain Location: Kurla, Mumbai Travel: Low Job Overview Procurement Analyst Key Stakeholders: Internal Procurement team Key Stakeholders: External Reporting Structure Global Category Manager Experience 1-2 years of experience in Procurement categories or catalog management We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Analyst to support procurement rate contracts, catalog creation and maintenance, and assist in digital procurement initiatives. This entry-level role will provide valuable experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and digital procurement tools. The candidate should be eager to learn, tech- and data-savvy, and passionate about supply chain efficiency. Competencies Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procurement technologies. Detail-oriented and self-motivated Key Roles and Responsibilities Create and manage rate contracts through PPaCt, to ensure procurement efficiencies and compliance Create and maintain supplier catalogs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational procurement policies Work with internal stakeholders to update and manage these rate contracts and catalogs Work closely with the Global Category manager to drive category management and digital procurement strategies Bachelors in any field
