Job Description

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules, as well as preparing daily and monthly progress reports. Your role involves ensuring project progress aligns with schedules by engaging with stakeholders to address any existing challenges. Additionally, you will be expected to create presentations on project progress, budgeting, and expenditures for management review. Your duties will also include following up with multiple stakeholders to expedite project activities, coordinating with the engineering team and consultants to accelerate design tasks, and monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing/upgrading systems. Effective coordination with the site team to address site issues and resolve critical matters involving stakeholders is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be required to enforce safety requirements during project activities, coordinate with vendors for inspection plans, and ensure timely equipment dispatch. Interfacing with agencies and local authorities for statutory approvals and estimating package costs and breakdowns are also key responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning.,
