Deputy Manager- PMO

As a Real Estate Development Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and progress. - Overseeing the procurement and management of resources, materials, and equipment necessary for project execution. - Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may affect timelines or quality. - Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Preparing regular project status reports and communicating updates to key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization.
