Job Description

Deputy Manager - Operations and Service
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

In-depth understanding of the financial products and credit policies for secured and unsecured business lines.

Responsible for managing credit verification vendors and ensuring turnaround time (TAT) as well as quality standards defined by BFL are adhered to.

Oversee end-to-end disbursement and payment process for secured and unsecured business.

Drive adherence to various processes and policies defined by central teams at the location level.

Manage OTC and PDD processes at combo locations (secured/unsecured) and ensure there are no process gaps.

Ensure teams are well updated with the latest policy and process circulars sent by risk and head office (HO) operation team.

Engage with Sales and Underwriting teams at the location level on an ongoing basis to address concerns or issues and work on improving overall process efficiency.

Conduct regular branch visits to address location-level issues and verify adherence to various processes at the branch level.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum graduation with 4-6 years of experience in retail lending credit and operations.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
