Deputy Manager - NI Fulfilment Implementation

Your Main Responsibilities

NI Fulfilment Manager creates value through supporting the Field Operation team on Fulfilment Strategies for their effective implementation. The person will function as Key User & shall own Fulfilment+, digital initiatives, Facilitating functional learning for FO in line with the Schindler business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include

Implementation of
  • Fulfilment++ process, all digital tools deployment initiatives & audit of all branches as & when needed.
  • Functional learning (Tiered training program for supervisors) & training/certification of FO
  • SPOC for all internal external audits & compliances on NIFF (example – Fulfilment+, TCSA, ISO, Process audits etc)

What You Need

  • Process, digitalisation mindset. Ability to handle “Process” end to end – conceptualise, understand, improvise, write new one
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills. Good in vernacular communication
  • Ability to build relations with multiple stakeholders at all levels and to build support.
  • Position based in HO, Mumbai.

What You Bring

Expertise
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience. Elevator installation know how will be first preference.
  • SAP project management module knowledge
  • Experience in driving process deployment, digital tools deployment, problem solving
