1) HVAC system design, Industrial ventilation and exhaust system, cooling/chilled water systems, Compressor air system, Fuel Gas system, Fire Protection system, Water & waste water systems.
2). Calculation of heat load, pipe sizing, duct design & sizing, utility load estimation & diversity calculation, and major equipment sizing (compressors, pumps, cooling towers, chillers, etc.).
3). Knowledge of IS codes, standards, and compliance.
4). AutoCAD and other design software skills.
5). Understandings of DBR and BOQ/technical specs preparation.
6). Vendor Evaluation.
7). Review and approval of drawings.
8). Project scheduling and progress tracking.
9). FAT, testing, commissioning and documentation.
