Job Summary:

The Deputy Manager – Marketing will support and execute all marketing, branding, and admission-focused initiatives for Rama University. The role involves driving student enrollments, promoting new courses, building institutional tie-ups, and managing on-ground and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase admissions.
  
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for existing and newly launched courses.
  
• Lead student outreach programs, seminars, school/college connect activities, and education fairs.
  
• Build and maintain tie-ups with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other institutions.
  
• Execute digital marketing activities for lead generation and brand visibility.
  
• Manage social media content, online reputation, and coordinate with digital agencies.
  
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights for course promotion.
  
• Drive leads from various channels and ensure conversion through follow-ups with the admissions team.
  
• Coordinate with academic departments for promotional inputs and event planning.
  
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and ensure timely achievement of targets.
  
• Support branding, advertising, and communication activities of the university.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in education/university marketing and admissions promotion.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  
• Ability to build institutional relationships and tie-ups.
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and student outreach strategies.
  
• Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
  
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in the education industry.
