Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Implementation of Corporate HR Programs:

Roll out and ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and programs at the plant/unit level.
Monitor effectiveness of programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Organizational Development (OD) Interventions:

Design and execute OD initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and change management processes.

Developmental HR Interventions at the Plant:

Identify gaps in skills, processes, and performance; recommend interventions.
Plan and execute training and development programs for employees at all levels.

Sales HR:

Support HR activities specific to the sales function, including performance management and incentive administration.
Collaborate with sales leadership to address talent needs and workforce planning.

Employee Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the plant, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build a talent pipeline for critical roles to meet organizational requirements.

Competency Assessment and Development:

Conduct competency mapping and assessments for employees.
Identify skill gaps and recommend learning & development interventions to enhance capability.
