Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Manager to join our Internal Audit team in Bengaluru, responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in internal controls.
Develop and implement audit plans, test procedures, and control testing protocols.
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards remediation.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry trends in accounting and auditing.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with internal audit software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications such as CPA or CA are preferred.
