Deputy Manager - Internal Audit

As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess financial and operational processes within the organization. Your role will involve evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management, as well as analyzing financial data to provide insights aimed at enhancing business performance. Additionally, you will be preparing comprehensive audit reports that include actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with various departments to implement audit findings effectively. It is essential to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in audit processes. Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering quality work is paramount in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a CA qualification with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with knowledge of SAP, IDEA Case ware, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations. Being proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy are qualities that will contribute to success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts. A total of 2 years of work experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a CA.
