Job Description

You will be joining a fast-growing provider in customer experience and contact-center services with a strong technology backbone, serving global clients across 24x7 operations. As a Deputy Manager HR Business Partner for night shift operations in India, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned night-shift operations, driving people strategies aligned with operational KPIs and business outcomes. - Lead employee relations and case management for night-shift teams, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to ensure fair and timely outcomes. - Partner with operations and workforce planning to optimize rostering, shift coverage, capacity planning, and attrition-reduction initiatives for 24x7 service delivery. - Deliver performance management cycles by setting objectives, coaching managers on feedback and appraisals, and implementing improvement plans. - Operate and maintain HRIS-driven processes for onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and data integrity while producing actionable people analytics for stakeholders. - Lead local compliance with labor laws, shift policies, and safety protocols, and collaborate with L&D, C&B, and operations to implement people programs for retention and engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: Must-Have: - Proven HRBP experience in night-shift or 24x7 operations. - Hands-on experience with HRIS and people-data reporting. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance. - Demonstrable employee relations and performance-management experience. Preferred: - Experience in contact center, BPO, or high-volume operations. - Certification in HR (SHRM/PHR) or advanced training in employment law.
