DEPUTY MANAGER - HRBP (NIGHT SHIFT)

In this role as a Deputy Manager HR Business Partner for night shift operations, your primary responsibility will be to drive people strategies that align with operational KPIs and business outcomes. You will lead employee relations and case management for night-shift teams, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to ensure fair and timely outcomes. Partnering with operations and workforce planning, you will optimize rostering, shift coverage, capacity planning, and attrition-reduction initiatives for 24x7 service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering performance management cycles, operating and maintaining HRIS-driven processes, and ensuring local compliance with labour laws and safety protocols. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned night-shift operations - Lead employee relations and case management for night-shift teams - Partner with operations and workforce planning to optimize rostering and shift coverage - Deliver performance management cycles and maintain HRIS-driven processes - Lead local compliance with labour laws and safety protocols **Qualifications Required:** **Must-Have:** - Proven HRBP experience in night-shift or 24x7 operations - Hands-on experience with HRIS and people-data reporting - Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance - Demonstrable employee relations and performance management experience **Preferred:** - Experience in contact centre, BPO, or high-volume operations - Certification in HR (SHRM/PHR) or advanced training in employment law In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing organization that offers competitive night-shift differentials and location-specific allowances.
