Deputy Manager-Finance

You are a finance professional with extensive knowledge of tax compliances, Capex Management, and Costing. Your role will involve ensuring all direct and indirect tax compliances for the site and managing the entire Capex cycle. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders such as the Site Finance Team, Operations, SCM, Program Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Taxation teams, Operational Excellence, and Shared service functions. External stakeholders will include Auditors and Consultants. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Finance, you should have at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry in a similar profile. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the fixed asset register for the business, ensuring adherence to the company's policies on capitalization of fixed assets, and supporting the Corporate Taxation team with all GST compliances. You will also support Global Business Shared Services with TDS/ TCS compliances, maintain compliance registers, conduct variance analysis against Bills of Materials (BoMs), and handle Cost Audit. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and accounting for Export Incentives, driving IT initiatives and improvements in the existing ERP tool, collaborating with teams for timely delivery of monthly MIS and reporting, supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, and actively participating in internal, tax, and statutory audits by preparing schedules and effectively closing audit queries.
