Department: Finance & AccountsJob Summary:

Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the overall finance and accounts functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements such as GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial decision-making.
Mentor and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals.
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and best practices.
Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and risk management activities.
